I have this action figure lying around my house and I was wondering if someone could tell me what it is, when its from, or what (if any) the value is?

Luke in Bespin Fatigues from the Kenner Empire Strikes Back line.  That is one of the most common figures and without his accessories (and the paint wear) not more than a couple of bucks.
