other American Indians. They almost look white. Are they Indians? or do you think this is the lost Roanoke colony Ancestors?

Ask them to have their DNA tested. You could be "on" to something!

As far as anyone can tell they are mostly African and European in ancestry. I don't think any DNA testing has been done on them. They probably have some native ancestry, but it doesn't seem to be a majority.
