Luminox 3100 series stops working at night

Question

I have a luminox 3100 series that seems to shut off at night. I just had the battery replaced and its still doing it. It doesnt happen all the time, just sometimes. It went several days working like a champ and then it started doing it again. It will go several days working ok then quit.

Is there something that needs to be reset??
