Luminox 8152 chrono

Question

I have a 8152 luminox chrono. The hour dial located at at 9:00. One time it went around and reset. Now it wont reset. Also the large second hand sweep I cant get to set At 12:00 or ther positions. Is there something wrong with or how do you set the. The watch is new.
