Lumix f-series cameras?

Question

is the lumix fs5 the same as the lumix fs20?.......and should i buy one of those lumix cameras or the canon sd790?....i hav the sd790 but it's too expensive so i think im going to trade it in for a cheaper camera..

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS5 and and DMC-FS20 are nearly identical. The FS5 has a 2.5" LCD whereas the FS20 has a 3" LCD though the resolution remains the same (230K pixels). The two models are also physically different.

Between the Canon PowerShot SD790 IS and the two Panasonics, I'd go with a Panasonic but only because it's a personal choice. There's nothing wrong with the Canon. Price-wise, the Canon's a little more expensive than equivalent products (of which the FS5 and FS20 qualify). If you believe the Canon's too expensive for what you paid for then it may be reasonable to get an exchange/refund.
