A few days ago I noticed a bump about the size of an m&m on my leg. It doesn't hurt and it is under the skin. Any idea of what it could be?

  1. Possible leak of fluid from your joint, or maybe a ganglion cyst.

  2. It could be anything from a non itching bite to a fluid leak. Or even, worst case scenario, a tumor. Even if it does turn out to be nothing it's a good idea to see your doctor about it.

  3. It may be a condition called Osgood -Schlatter disease caused by trauma or overuse to the tibial bone.  It's not serious and has no long tern effects.
