Lump on right t******e?

Question

Ive noticed a fairly large lump on my right t******e, i dontt notice it much in the day but when i take a shower i find a hard lump at the bottom of my t******e pretty much right on my epydimis its about the size of i guess a pea and its fairly hard, ive checked my other t******e and its not like this. Im 16 years old and im pretty scared, what are the chances this is t******e cancer? (i dont have any strange symptons like vomiting or stomach cramps or extreme pain in my testicles.)
