Lump on t******e,could it be serious?

Hey.Since i was about 12 ive noticed a lump on my left t******e.Im 16 now.It looks like a large vein,or like an intestine in my t******e.Im worried it could be cancer.What could it be?

I would get it checked but if its like a long bump thing on top of the t******e, that might just be the epidydymis which is this long tubelike thing ontop of your t******e which keeps the sperm until they are ready to "leave."

To be safe though you should have it checked bumps can mean cancer sometimes.

If it doesn't hurt, probably nothing, but get it checked out anyway.

Probably should see a doc, could be nothing, could be a cyst, could be worse, you do fall in the age range for testicular cancer.  Would be a very good idea to see a doctor.

if it was cancer you would be dead by now im not being funny but its true .

u should see a dr because it might be something else that needs to be treated ...

If it feels kind of like an intestine, as you describe, or possibly a cluster of worms then it is likely you have a varicose vein on the t******e.

It won't cause any severe or immediate damage as var as I know but they are apparently fairly common and usually on the left side. See your local GP/doctor and ask them if it is a varicose vein, it could cause you problems later in life apparently. I had mine dealt with with a simple operation, in and out on the same day (the t******e is not removed by the way :P), although it will likely be fairly swollen for some time after... I'm surprised you didn't get it dealt with earlier actually, mine was sorted when I was 12 I think... anyway good luck!
