  1. yes they are signs of breast cancer

    sorry hun =(

  2. don't take a chance. have a mammogram and find out for sure . time is important. the longer you wait the larger it will grow and lessen your chances for a cure.

  3. Some lumps in the breast are normal they are just fat. If the lump is hard and/or fixed to the breast it needs to be checked. If you can separate the lump it is probably just fat. Make sure your Dr does a breast exam every year when he does your pap.

  4. Not all lumps are dangerous.  Some women have lumpier (more fiberous) b*****s than others and it's completely harmless.  My doc describes breast as "cottage cheesey."  However, it's important to know what normal bumps exist in your body so you can notice changes.  Self breast exams and yearly visit to your doc for an exam is key.  If your worried and you haven't had an exam, call a doctor and make an appt.  It's a good habit to get into.

  5. It depends on the kind of lump.  If you find anything unusual in your b*****s, have your doctor take a look to be sure.  It it's a tumor, yeah it's dangerous.

  6. No, hon, not all lumps are dangerous.  You can get a harmless cyst, a fibroid, or even a lump made of fatty tissue from trauma to the breast.  Not every lump means cancer!  If that was the case many more women would have breast cancer!

If you have a lump and it has not been looked at by a doctor then I suggest you see your doctor and get it checked out just to be safe.
