    Macaroni/tuna salad

    Chicken Alfredo

    Baked Chicken and rice

    Tuna Salad or tuna casserole

Spaghetti/with Ragu Romano and Parmesan cheese sauce and boneless chicken breast.

  4. Lunchables are always a quick and easy meal if you like any of those. Or you could cut up some fruit for the week and bring that with you for a snack with your meal and some chips or cookies easy snacks like that.  You could also maybe bring frozen meals if they have a microwave you can use thats always good too. Or make some homemade soup enough for a week and bring that with you.

  5. Try this recipe

    Okra recipe

    Ingredients:

    1 pound okra

    2 medium onions, chopped

1/4 tsp garlic paste or powder

1/4 tsp coriander paste or powder

How to make bhindi dopiaza :

    * Add all ingredients except okra, tomato and cilantro. Cook for 3 minutes. Add okra, then cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Garnish with tomato and cilantro.

  6. For lunch: Sandwiches like PB and J/etc or tofurkey or lightlife deli slices with tomato and hummus or vegan mayo, cold pasta, mini salad, quinoa or couscous and beans, vegan chili, soup, stir-fry, roll-ups/wraps, vegan tuna or potato salad, vegetables with rice.

For snack: Dried fruits, nuts, vegetables, fruits, applesauce, hard and soft pretzels, homemade chips (potato, kale, tortilla, corn, banana, pita, etc), seeds (sunflower, pumpkin), vegan cookies, homemade bars (like the recipes I gave you in another answer), vegan muffins, vegan brownies, crackers, breads, beans, peanut butter and...(w/e you like), fires, plantin, trail mix, luna bar.

    Sandwhich ideas:

Tofurky or Lightlife deli-slices with hummus, or mustard, or vegan mayo, or other spread, with veggies on sliced bread, sub bread, or pita bread. Or just hummus or vegan mayo or other spread with veggies and/or fruit. Also peanut or almond butter with fruits and/or veggies such as bananas, avocado, apples, strawberries, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, blueberries, etc. Hummus with shredded carrots and celery with a flour tortilla or pita bread. Falafel with carrots, sprouts and hummus is good. Potato salad or chickpea salad or vegan chicken salad or vegan tuna is good. Tempeh bacon, tvp crumbles, or seitan slices or chunks sand veggie sandwich's. Beans and a spread with sprouts and other veggies on a pita bread is good. Rice, avocado and peanut butter. Avocado and lettuce are almost essentials in most of my sandwiches!

  7. You can always give yourself a little variety in the sandwich department by using different types of bread, cheese, and condiments or you can use crackers or a bagel or a tortilla shell or a pita instead of bread.

Anyways, I don't know about you but I am always in a hurry in the mornings and I don't want something that will take more than five minutes. XD

So here are a few things I have found that are good:

tomato sandwich- toast two pieces of bread and put miracle whip and a little pepper on it then add a few slices of tomato.

soup- just take a can of soup and throw it in a Thermos and you can warm it up at school

berrapple peanut butter wrap- take a tortilla and put peanut butter on it then apple slices and some blackberries with a little honey drizzled on top and make it into a wrap

    snacks:

celery with peanut butter or cream cheese

an apple or banana or whatever

snap peas [mm mm my fave]

frozen peanut butter balls- take a scoop of peanut butter and make it into a ball inside of a small piece of wax paper or serran wrap or whatever and freeze it over night. they are great for little protein boosts. I love them. you can also take something a jab a nice size hole in the middle and drizzle chocolate in before freezing.
