Lunch In Sydney Australia?

Where is the best place in Sydney to take my visiting sister for lunch? We will be in / around the Rocks on a Saturday afternoon. I would like to take her somewhere close to there, walking distance, with spectacular views! (not too too expensive!)

Restaurants around the Rocks which gives you a spectacular view will be the ones next to the waters and at the International Passenger Terminal.  These could be pricey though.  The only one that  I could think of that is not as expensive there may be Doyles at the end of the International Passenger Terminal.  You can get away with having fish and chips at may be $30.00 a person(not including wine though, if you drink).

Otherwise, you might want to try give the open-air cafe next to the Bennelong apartments a go.  On the Opera House side.  I have had coffees at a couple of them, the view is great !

they are all a little pricey there, unless you try the cafe down on circular key. there's a great italian one, city extra etc...
