I really dont feel like eating typical breakfast foods this morning. How does this sound?
An english muffin with nonfat yogurt cheese (that was the breakfast part), hot sauce, turkey, tomato and lettuce.
Do you really need to eat "breafast foods" for breakfast? This meal sounds more like lunch. I guess I can drink orange juice to make it more breakfasty, hahaha. Oh and also, do you think this breakfast has enough protein?
