  1. if u have access to a microwave and freezer u could bring like lean cuisine stuff, thats what my friend does. ...but since u probably dont.... fruit snacks, chips, cookies! :D haha, fruit, pretty much anything works that doesnt have to be kept hot or cold! :D

  2. There are tons of different things you culd bringe to school 4 lunch. Here's a list:d

    Snack Foods

trail mix(has protien which is good)

    teddy grams

    cheese its

    fresh fruit

    yogurt

granola bars(get a good tasting kind like FiberOne)

    If Have Accessse to Microwave/Toaster

poptarts( or you could eat them cold)

    popcorn

    Alternate Sandwhich Idea:

    peanut butter

    two pieces of bread

    jelly

    sliced strawberries

    sliced bananas

  3. Since you have an hour for lunch, is there anywhere near by where you could go and eat? I'm not sure if you drive or know anyone who does, but you could possibly go out to eat if you don't feel like eating at school or to a friend's house that lives near by. If they don't want you always eating their food, you can either leave things in their fridge or cook when you get there. An hour's a pretty decent lunch. Otherwise you could always just eat snacky things, although i don't know how well that's going to fill you up. You will probably get hungry later if you don't eat anything more than some chips or cookies or candy etc.. It depends on what you have access to, but i really would suggest you try either going to a friend's house or walking to a fastfood restaurant or even a quick, diner typer restaurant.

  4. A cup of yogurt, an apple, and a packet of peanut-butter crackers for one day, other fresh fruit (grapes, watermelon cubes, an orange) can be left in your locker til time for lunch. Also, a thermos full of soup, spaghettios, or ramen noodles will stay hot til lunch (again, leave in locker or bookbag)

Small bags of pretzels, cubes of cheese, or those queso/chip combos are easy, too.

  5. How about a baggie? Throw together a bag of salad with some nuts in there for protein. Throw in some salad dressing and pick at it wiht your fingers then toss it away. You can also have chicken in the salad as well. Make the salad as elaborate or as plain as you'd like. Put a smaller baggie in wiht the salad for your crackers or cruitons so you have some carbs which are important to your daily meal.

I did this all the time when i worked. Easy to shove into a baggie in the morning, easy to pick at and eat while not having to carry too much around. If you have chicken though, you will want to keep it cool some how. You can get tiny coolers that almost look like a purse to keep in your locker during the day.

  6. How about wraps, salads, soups things like that are always good.
