Wardour street Chinese Wong Kei restaurant the last one on the left before Soho. I been eating there in the last 24 years nice food and very cheap.

Try the Alphabet bar, which also serves light lunch during the day. Pretty tasty food and a good selection of drinks.

I dont know about a sandwich or salad, but I do know that SOHO SPICE on Wardour Street does the best Indian food. Try it out!!!
