Lunchboxes in high school?

well...im going into high school and i want to try to like help the enviroment by using a lunchbox..but what is a good lunchbox to bring to high school?

whatever you do dont be afraid to be a dork and get what u like... most of the kids in high school have lunchboxes with there favorite superhero on it or something lol... hope u enjoy high school... i'm in 10th this year and just remember to enjoy freshman year no matter what! <3

dont bring a lunchbox. just use a brown paper bag. u will be made fun of.

im not trying to be mean, but people just dont use lunchboxes in high school. if you do, you're just asking for a teasing. my sugestion is to just use a brown paper bag. :]

Anything that has a solid color or a pattern that isn't too distracting. you want something that will hold warm and cold food well because you will be at school for at least 4 hours before  you even go to lunch. It also depends on your lunch time. When I was in high school, i had to be there by 7:15am and I didn't have lunch until 1pm. You should bring something that has insulation. Also something small enough to fit in your locker.

If you're a junior or senior, it's sometimes considered cool to bring one with a cartoon character on it. It's one of those "trendy" things that people do. But this depends on your school. In some schools, it's uncool.

One girl I know uses this Dooney & Burke bag as her lunch bag. It's a really adorable bag, and Dooney & Burke isn't a very expensive brand.

They have really nice ones that you won't be mocked for at places like Target. Just go there. You'll surely find one.

If you can't fins one, it's easy to make a cheap (completely free, if you have the supplies) bag from an old T shirt. Turn it inside out, cut off the sleeves (these will become the handles). Sew the bottom together twice, with small stitches to prevent leaks. Pick a shirt with a cool design. (These are also great grocery bags.)

You don't have to be wasteful while you're still looking for your lunch bag. A plain old brown bag can be reused for about a week without tearing.

I like the hot lunches in the cafeteria better;but my high school never served a full lunch.We only had 8AM to 1PM classes,with a 15 min. snack break in the commons area.

I've found that people think it's 'cool' to bring your favorite character on a backpack or lunchbox. So just pick out one that you like, and be yourself. and kudos for trying to help the environment.

Just get one of those tin lunch boxes with Superman or Spiderman or Ninja Turtles on it. That'd be sweeet! It's great that you're trying to help the environment. (:
