  1. I used to have the same problem. Randomly getting dizzy and feeling faint, I would need to lie down in public places. Most of the time when this happened I would hyperventilate and have a panic attack. I had a fast heart beat and an achy body. I slept a lot, but I always wanted to sleep. My head would feel "tingly" in certain areas. I went to heart doctors and got MRI's and saw a few neurologists along with several shrinks.

Turns out, it was all just anxiety. I'm perfectly healthy. Anxiety will make you feel dizzy and paranoid about being sick. It will take the stress out on your body. The tired part is most likely related to your depression. Talk to you psychiatrist about getting better. I had to overcome mine on my own, because I was afraid of pills, lol. It's scary, but you'll pull through it.

  2. Anxiety can produce any symptom in the PDR.  You have to retrain your brain by disciplined thought. When you feel like something is gravely wrong take your temperature heart rate and blood pressure, seeing the signs are all normal ask yourself why you feel "off" and supply the answer it must be anxiety. Little by little your brain learns.

Search the symptom 'fatigue' to make sure no symptom set fits you. Don't rely solely on doctors, they miss a lot of things.
