Lurgan Twister is likely to twist his rivals down in the Wadenhoe House Stakes that will take place at Peterborough racecourse on Wednesday night, May 30. The Grade A1 contest is scheduled to start at 19:58 (GMT).
On the flat track of 420 metres, the E. Gowler-trained black dog will compete against Petal, Twenty Ten, Drumcrow Junior and Ballybunion Ace. The prize purse contains £98.
Lurgan Twister started his career with third position on March 22, 2012. The two-year-old novice runner went on to finish as a runner-up on April 26.
