Question:

Luteal phase and the TWW. ?

Ok Ive had a go at charting my cycles. Im average 28 day cycle, generally spotting day 27. I did a OPK everyday (along with intercourse every 2nd) & on day 15 of my cycle I had a faint double line, again on day 17 and very strong lines on day 18. So I would assume I was ovulating on day 18? My period was due yesterday. So when my period arrives (hopefully it doesn't) do I then count back to the day I was ovulating (strong OPK line) to work out my luteal phase? Also, what is the charting temps all about?

  1. Once u get a + OPK u ovulate AFTER u get the +. it could be 24-36 hours after your + OPK when u will O. u might have a longer cycle this month since u Oed later. count from the day after u get the + OPK till the start of your next period as your LP.
