Can anyone tell me the dimensions for this?

does it fit 4 rats?

it looks similar to the feisty ferret cage. that one has dimensions of 31"x20"x54" and holds up to 7 rats. so the one you're asking should be about that.

edit- i was originally going to say fn. but the latches are different. either way 4 adult ratties should be happy in it.

Looks very similar to the ferret nation cage.

Those things are huge, and people easily put ~5 in each section or 10 total for the whole cage.  Having only 4 in it is fine, just means your guys will have more space to play.

Be careful if you have baby rats, has they have been known to escape from these types of cages because the bar spacing is too wide.

The dimensions are 36 x 25 x 62.5 inches
