Lvl 2 clue scroll in runescape?

Question

Ok I have a lvl 2 clue scroll and it says I have 2 wield a maple bow but I need 30 range I have 26 range and if I do raise it ill have 2 buy arrows and waste money(don't say fletching lvl 6 in fletching)but wat if its a bad reward worth 5k or should I drop it and pickpocket 'h.a.m' ppl or do I finish d 1 I already have?

id gain the 4 levels theres plenty of easy ways to gain archery levels. im a 60 in archery and i got there in like 5 days. lvl 2 clue scrolls an be pretty good.

just gain 4 levels in range finish the clue and you might get a good reward thats worth over 100k if not just sell the stuff you had to buy.
