who's the guy in the advert and does anyone know if his eyes are actually doing the different direction thing ??

I very much doubt thats his real eyes moving in weird, wonderful and opposite directions! I think it's near impossible to mke your eyes look outwards in opposite directions!

Its not real OBV - at one point his eyes turn the whole way back around his head.
