Lyon, France/Lintorf, Germany/ TX, USA Time Difference?

I have a penpal in Lyon, France, and one in Lintorf, Germany. What are the time differences between those two places and TX? I would like to know so I can get online when they are.

For both - add 7 hours. They are in the same time zone.

Example - if it is 12 noon in Texas, it is 7 PM in France and Germany.

Give or take 1 hour for Daylight Savings Time.
