Lyon expected to play key role on spin-friendly pitch at Windsor Park – Cricket News Update

Test which was played at the Queen's Park Oval in Port of Spain, Trinidad, during which he claimed 5 for 68.
The second Test saw the Aussies employing two spinners in order to make effective use of the pitch at the Queen's Park Oval – Lyon, and http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Michael-Beer-c1949. However, with the Windsor Park being new to hosting international matches, the teams went into the third
Test with a fair amount of uncertainty concerning the surface.

form the pace attack, with Lyon left as the sole spinner in the Aussies’ arsenal.
However, day one of the last Test revealed that the pitch was particularly spin-friendly – Windies spinner Shillingford demolished the Aussie batting order, claiming 4 for 77. This puts enormous pressure on Lyon, who will be expected to manipulate the pitch
and attack the opposing batsmen with his spin.
