  1. Lost by Anouk (on SYTYCD but, not used  @ comp.)

Hourglass by The Hush Sound (the one i was going to use)

LightHouse by The Hush Sound (the one my friend wanted me to use)

Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle (My friend did this song a few yrs ago...gorgeous song with an amazing meaning/story)

    Clocks by Coldplay (amazing beat)

Yellow by Coldplay or a string version byVitamin STring Quartet...love it

  2. Lost by Anouk. It is alwayssss stuck in my headd. (:

  3. Any song by Elisa and Imogen Heap are really popular for lyrical dances. As much as I love their songs, they are soooo overused in recitals and competitions. If you want to do something that's different try one of these:

    "Redeemed" - Charlotte Martin

(Very different. Love the background music)

"I Want to Hold Your Hand" - T.V. Carpio

(It's a remake of a Beatles song from the movie Across the Universe. Very pretty! I just choreographed a dance to this for three girls at dance camp. They loved it.)

    "Halo" - Haley James Scott

(More of a rock edge to it. Very powerful and would look amazing if you do good choreography to it)

    "Wonderwall" - Oasis

(Not too slow and you could do some really powerful moves to it)

    "The Minstrel's Prayer" - Cartel

(Has a stong drum beat in the background. Could end up as an amazing routine)

    "Limp" - Fiona Apple

(Slow but builds up in the chorus. It's got a very eerie feel to it)

    "Better" - Plumb

(Starts slow as well but then picks up after the first chorus. Also has more of a rock edge to it. You could make it very thrashy during the chorus)

    "It's Amazing" - Jem

(More of an upbeat and light feel to it. Pretty song and it's not slow)

Hope I could help! You can find all of them on iTunes.
