M.Ed or MPhil in special ed?

I have done my MA in counselling psychology and BEd in special ed. working as a remedial educator since 2 years. What is the next best option MEd or MPhil in learning disabilities?

What are your career goals ?  What type of area are you currently employed in i.e. rural, urban and what type of career advancement opportunities are you looking to achieve ?   I would think that you would want to obtain a PhEd next.
