M.J. O'Connor's Boston 21 ?

My friend is having his birthday thing at M.J. O'Connor's in Boston tonight and i was just wondering if anyone knew if it was 21 or not. He's turning 25, and most of my friends are already over 21, so they don't worry about things like that when planning. I sadly have a few more months to go.
