(16yrs old) in July and received my receipt, ever since i got my receipt i have not received any package or approval, despite the fact i submitted all the information asked of me but nothing it was submitted by 31st of July 2007 and its now July 2008 i have no reply, what will i do and when will i be attended to ????????????/ and he is Nigeria he has just finished school and not married, i would also like to know if i come home, while my case is still pending can i applying for a vise on his behalf to come with me to the states to start school or visiting he has not seen his nephew and its killing him...................... thanks
