M25(aghh) commute-how long.....?

I'm commuting to Elstree tommorow in north London. I leave from high wycombe(m40) so how long do i need to allow to get there?Just wondering.........!!!

No one could answer that question. It is known as the biggest car park in the world.  One breakdown or accident, it grinds

to a halt for hours!  Do a detour!
