MA Real Estate Forms on Website?

Are real estate agents allowed to post PDF versions of forms and contracts on their websites? Why doesn't anyone do it if they are?

if they are not doing. Then there must be some problem . I have no such form on my website www.forallhouses.info . As my partner knows all the legal things , so i wont be able to give you exact answer.
