MAC Cosmetics...scared of breaking out...

Question

A couple of days ago i went to MAC to purchase cosmetics. I used Clinique superbalanced makeup, but didnt really like the look on me. I wanted to try something different and went to MAC. I got the primer, conceler, mineralize blush and powder and the studio fix foundation. The MA at MAC said that it wont cause breakouts, but im scared of breaking out, after reading some answers here. I use the 3 step system from clinique (TYPE 2)

i breakout ocasionally but if MAC cosmetics is gonna cause breakouts, i would rather switch back to my old cosmetics. HELP!

Nearly all the make-up products I use are MAC, and they do not make me break out. (Clinique does though lol).

MAC is a great make up brand, and I don't know anyone who breaks out or has any skin problems as a result of using it.

If it does cause you to break out, simply stop using it and use you other make-up!

try it first if it causes your skin to breakout, if it does, i guess you can return it and stick to your old makeup

I have the same fear. I had the Studio Fix Powder nd it caused serious breakouts on me.

and i got the Face And Body foundation now and i dont know what's going to happen to me. Hopefully nothing bad.

If they do make you break out, take them back. You'll get a full refund, even if the product is open and used. Try on a small patch of your face. If you do break out, just take it back.

I have sensitive skin and it hasn't broke me out. You should have asked to try samples before buying it to see if the stuff works for you.:/

As Long As You Keep Your Skin Healthy You Will Be Fine. Drink Plenty Of Water And Make Sure You Remove Your Makeup At Night. Cleanse, Tone And Moisturise Twice A Day (Morning And Night) And Weekly Maybe Use A Face Mask To Clean Out Deep Inside Your Pores. I Found MAC Didn't Make Me Break Out. Hope This Helped.

I recently bought MAC makeup cuz my cuzin has it & she told me that it is good and I think that expensive makeup doesn't make u break out. Hopefully cuz i started using MAC 3 days ago!
