I know, this is a very comun question but I tried everithing and nothing happend.

I just bought a macbook and I have a ipod touch sync to a windows PC I also have a back up of my music in a external hard drive and I all ready try this:

I download senuti and istalled as a application and read the complete tutorial but when I plug my ipod senuti still ask me to conect an ipod I mean it seams that dont recognize it (I all ready change the manual mannage as the senuti tutoral said

I also try with the external HD that I have back up my music but itunes dont let me import the music from there.

I also try to put the music in Limewire and set the share with itunes but this dont work either

So what I can do, I dont whant to buy a program that is going to have the same result as senuti

  1. download musicrescue and it will detect your ipod and give you options to choose what files you want to transfer from your ipod to your mac and where you want to save it, it works perfectly.

  2. TuneTools, all the way.

  3. iPod Manager.
