Does it stay on the lower lash line? I wear contacts and have really watery eyes.

if you have really watery eyes, go with some waterproof eyeliner. im not sure if they have waterproof liquid eyeliner, but they have it in pencil.

Yes it stays! but its not good for a person with watery eyes to use eyeliner.
