MAC pro palette order over the phone?

Question

ok so I know this has been asked ALOT, but theres been a lot of different answers...

im not a MAC Pro, and I want to know if you can get the MAC 15 palette by calling and ordering over the phone. I know there are some pro products that you can get if you are not a pro by ordering over the phone so i was wondering if this goes for the palettes?

ok im not sure if you can order them by phone ( didnt think of that) but my area only has counters in department stores and i went out of town to a free standing store and they sold them ( it wasnt the pro store) if you look up on the mac website for places in your area you can find the freestanding ones ( not the ones in belk or dillards) and call them and they might ship it to you.
