MAJOR MAJOR PROBLEM?

Question

Every night my little brother claims that her cant sleep. He goes to my parents room EVERY SINGLE night and they cant stand it. He rolls and talks and my mom is easily woken and cant get any sleep. She is miserable, exhausted, and hasnt been able to talk my dad because he is at work all day. It is seriously tearing my family apart just because of his selfishness. My mom has run out of ideas. I was hoping there was someone on here who had a better understanding of what to do. PLEASE PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance
