MAJOR camera lens problems (Sony Cybershot)?

Question

To start, I have a pink sony cybershot DSC-W80. I got it last November for my birthday and it's always worked efficiently, until about a week ago.

Problem 1: The focus is really off. I can't explain it. NONE of the pictures it takes are clear, they're all blurry, as if the camera refused to get in to focus. Even in flash mode. I went through all of the settings and it seem to be fine.

Problem 2: The lens is NOT fully opening anymore. It's like it's hesitating. I press the on button, the lens goes out about halfway, goes back in, out, in, out in, nothing. And it keeps giving me the "turn camera off and on again" signal, which isn't helpful.

Ahhhhhhhh. Help? :(

If you didn't cause it, it's still under the 1 year warranty. Contact Sony.

Did you drop it or hit the lens by accident?  If yes, you need to take it to Sony for repair.
