  1. Ok, most High Schools don't allow students to wear make up so the best thing you can do is just to get a cheap Mascara and some Nivea 'Rose' of 'Pearl and Shine' lip salve rather than a lip gloss!!

Also i am guessing you are about 12 years old so you never know if in the next few years you might be breaking out in spots (harsh but true) so i would advice you to avoid piing on the foundation and blusher just keep your skin clean and moisterised and hopefully you may be able to minimise those teenage pimples!

But really just a nice mascara to tidy your lash's up and some Nivea tinted Lip Salv will be plenty to make yourself up for - go for the O Natural look!!

    Enjoy High School!!

  2. if you have nice enough skin then i would reccomend wearing a concealer on the imperfections rather than clogging up the pores by applying foundation all over your face. number 17 do some cheap concealers and vaseline is pretty cheap too , it keeps your lips shiny and keeps them in good condition, hope i helped x

  3. That's really horrible. It's far too much! You really don't need foundation, for 2 blackheads! Squeeze them! I think it's too much..... but, I'm in Yr10 and I've never worn makeup to school! It's so much nicer to be natural for school, then at the weekends and after school, you can have fun & makeup doesn't become routine!

+as to applying it wrong.... ditch the foundation... you can't go to wrong with lipgloss, and wipe mascara with a baby wipe the second you go wrong with it, before it dries.

And... ugh, can't believe I'm doing this.... Miss Sporty has amazing foundation & lip gloss & mascara for under £3. Go for the Light Energy foundation, the anti fatigue one. For lip gloss, get what you want.. try primark opia lip gloss, £1.50. Or Marks & Spencer's, It's REALLY good. And try XTRA BLACK mss sporty mascara

  4. Great Lash mascara, Covergirl Clean foundation, Bonnebell lipgloss

-and it's definitely NOT too much! Unless you just wanna apply concealer where you need it instead of foundation that'll ruin your skin.

    Mascara:

Hold the wand horizontally and touch it to the base of your upper lashes underneath. Pull it through your lashes in an upward motion or zigzag it towards the roots to avoid clumps. For lower lashes hold the wand vertically and sweep it back and forth.

    Foundation:

Dot a small amount of the product on your cheeks, chin, nose, and forehead. Use your fingertips or a cosmetic sponge applicator to spread it all over your face and blend outward toward your hairline. Be sure to also blend along the jawline so that no lines are visible.

    Lipgloss:

Well, use the brush to swipe it across your lips!

  5. heyy.

i used to have a similar probelm.

people dont like toooo much makeup and foundation is a put off if you dont apply it right.

mascara and a natural looking eyeliner is enough, and a subtle beachy low colour for lips if need-be.

and a + is guys like the natural looking girls. believe it or not! lol.

  6. take out the foundation, and only use concealer where you need it.

but something you could add- a smidge of blush and it would add a little bit of oomph. apply with a fluffy face brush.

  7. Hi! I'm in year 10 now and we're not supposed to wear make-up but I still do!

I use Miss Sporty Clear Mascara (from Superdrug) as this gives the same effect as normal mascara it's just it's not as obvious and they can't really prove you're wearing any! I also just use concealer because foundation clogs up your pores so you will get really bad spots

Hope this helps.....good luck I'm sure you'll love high school

  8. Woah?!

Don't wear make up to school. One day when you're older, you'll look at your face and wonder, "Why?"

You're young. You're beautiful and you don't need make up.

If you do wear make up, keep it to a minimum. Don't wear the foundation, wear concealer (only when you really need it) and mascara. But don't put on too much, remember you're going for the natural look, not spider-looking lashes.

Make sure you cleanse and moisturize to avoid getting breakouts.

Superdrug have a brand called, "2True". All their products are £1.95 each. Collection 2000 have a great concealer and it's also cheap.

  9. All high schools allow students to wear make up. Answerer 1 is like...uh.......no. I don't think what you had is too much as long as you can still see your eyes and it looks good :)
