Let's say she graduated from the middle school or college you teach at, and a year later, she's very mature, you both know you are attracted to each other and she's still interested in you. Can it become a normal relationship between two adults who have just coincidently met through an education facility?

  1. Yes. Love is love, disregard the age.

If the age different isn't too much. Like 2-3 years? Why not?

  2. a year later after middle school? i could understand the college thing but middle school?

  3. No young woman a year out of middle school is mature enough for a relationship with a teacher!  College might be a different matter, if she were an older student, but it would be illegal, not to mention inappropriate, for any teacher to get into a relationship with a 14 or 15 year old!

  4. LOL good question ... i wanna see the answers :)

  5. Well there is a BIG difference between middle school and college...

If it's middle school, you're messed up.

If it's high school, you're still messed up.

    College is okay.

  6. i think it could work, but might be weird. as long as both were over the student teacher relationship aspect of it and were mature adults about it. (it would be bad if the girl always felt less/dumber than the teacher for example, or he always felt smarter/better than her)

  7. its up to you....

    FOLLOW YOUR HEART...

age doesn't matter as long as you are happy inlove....

  8. Sorry, middle school, or even the first two years of high school are just not happening.  Forget about the age difference, other than a physical attraction, what Else do you have in common?  You might think you're mature at this age and maybe you are, but the ethically, this is a no no area.  Keep in touch and when you've reached the legal age of consent and you're both still interested in each other, best of luck.

  9. download the song scandolous scholastics by gym class heros......

haha rumors!! and why would a teacher do that?

  10. Yes I think it could and have seen it done before. When I was in high school one of my English teachers was married to one of her former professors. He is about 20 years older than she is but they have a happy marriage and really love each other. They get along great and the age does not seem to matter at all. The thing is the student must 1, be of legal age and 2, no longer be a student in his class and preferably no longer at the same school/ college.

  11. as long as she is over 18 and the man is no longer her teacher, I think you can have a normal relationship, but be prepared for the negative feedback I'm sure you will get.

  12. I know of several male teachers who married former students (it seems to me that they're always phys ed teachers &/or coaches...)

As long as you're legal (and no longer his student or even in school) and nothing started when you were still in school who cares?

  13. Middle school? That's ridiculous and that's jail time. College, who cares, you're adults.

  14. one of my current teachers is married to a former student.
