MALTA FOOD? ........how is it??????

CAN anyone tell me if in Malta Food is expensive??

Im going there for Holiday soon & i would like to have an idea of it!!.................................

for a decent meal in a hotel or restaurant, you must pay at least about 15.00 euros.  i guess it's about as expensive as anywhere else.  this is not for a 5 star service though!!!

fast food is obviously cheaper than in eateries.  but not as healthy lol :)  if you like to cook, you can buy the ingredients from a supermarket and make your own food.

I live in Malta, and the best places to eat are kiosks, small bars and seafront restaurants and cafes, beer and drinks are very cheap. Food is about half the price of what it is in UK. McDonalds and burger king etc.. is more expensive than UK and USA. But in general its cheap :) transport is also very cheap too.
