MARS Corporation?

Question

Has anyone ever heard of the MARS Corporation? Can you please tell me everything you know about it? My husband thinks they want him to become an employee and I'm very sketchy over the whole idea.

Mars Corporation is the manufacturer of Mars candy bars (and several other types of candy and foods).  From what I know they are a great company to work for and treat their employees well.  Management pays a competitive salary and they look for employees who are committed to working at their company long-term.
