Ok when i woke up today i masturbated and all went normal. After that i when and urinated. And took a shower now once in the shower i noticed that the skin behind the head was all puffed up and almost like swollen. What is wrong?

Yes, you are swollen from masturbating, but the reason the happened was because you're probably circumcised, you didn't use any type of lubrication, and you didn't finish quickly.  Put a little Neosporin on the cut to help healing and the swelling will go down in a day or so.  There's no real harm in what you've done, but in the future you can help avoid the cuts and swelling by using some type of lube.  You'll be fine, there's nothing to be concerned about.

It is quite possible that this is because of your circumcision .. Especially if your scar is far from the head of your p***s and therefore if it is extremely tense when you have a serious erection, which requires maybe you think you have to m********e your p***s a little too strongly , as a consequence, the enflamation and the irritation of the too tense skin of your p***s ..
