MATSONIC MS8157E MAINBOARD

Hey dude! My mainboard matsonic ms8157e can not detect harddisk drives. I already check the IDE cable, replace formatted HDD drive still can't detect the HDD drive. What can i do? Please give me some advise.Thanks.
