MBA or Master of Science in Management?

Question

My Bachelors degree was in English- Literature and Communications. I have decided to pursue my Masters in Business and do not know what would be the best degree to receive concerning future job market, and such. The school that I go to offers MBA with a general concentration (I study a bit of everything, HR, Acct, Int.Business,Leadership), but should I get a more specific degree as in the Master of Science in Management? Suggestions would be great!

I don't know what country you are in, but here in South Africa MBA would be the preferred choice by a long chalk.

The MBA will help you far more in the U.S., too.  The M.S. is usually more of an academic and quantitative degree, and very few jobs will ask specifically for that, while many specifically want an MBA.
