MBA program at UOP?

I am enrolled in MBA program at Univ of Phoenix, I just finished my first subject and I realized to do my Associate instead because MBA is so expensive, plus my employer didnt give reimbursement. I already have a Bachelors degree in COmputer Science and would like to get business degree to know more about business management. I dont know if my decision is right to do Associate degree than pursuing MBA. Any suggestion?

I'd rather you do an MBA than an associates, since an MBA will provide you with higher level knowledge, and also help your career more than the associates would.

Why will your employer not reimburse for your courses? Is it because U of P isn't AACSB accredited for their MBA? That's an issue with a lot of employers. If you can find out why your employer won't reimburse you, you may be able to find a school that fits their requirements.
