  1. I would.  They either need to hire more people or train the ones they have to work efficiently.

  2. 30 mins ?

    thats almost impossible...

ask the sup. there must have been something wrong going on inside .........

  3. I believe in the power of the pen because when you complain while you are there it falls on deaf ears unfortunately. I ate at a couple of restaurant chains like TGI Fridays and Apple bees and their have been some times that the service was terrible. I wrote a letter and I got a response from the main office. They gave me coupons and an apology. Many chains have a section on the website to report poor service or any complain you might have. When the service is good I also write a letter to the main office.

  4. I would because that sounds ridiculous. 30 minutes?!?!?! I guess it would also depend on how many people they were serving and how much food they ordered. But unless it was like 20 people, thats horrible.

  5. You should have thanked them; take it as a hint next time to eat somewhere else (healthier, better).

  6. why not, it is your time and your dime

  7. If you have time to complain. Take it easy. Was it busy?

  8. Only if you go there again and it takes a long time. They must of been experiencing problems in the kitchens or people might of ordered loads of food on that particular day. Anyway, a lot of other people probably complained so there's not really much point,

  9. yes you should ,, its fast food should be taken long time .

  10. Yeah!!! there is no reason you shouldn't!

  11. heck yeah!

  12. yea u definatley shoudl. 30 MIN. ?! its FASTfood it shouldnt take THAT long
