MCP Exam 70-270?

If I took the following exams:

1. 70-290: Managing and Maintaining a Windows Server 2003 Environment.

2. 70-291: Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining a Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure.

3. 70-089: Designing, Implementing, and Managing a Microsoft Systems Management Server 2003 Infrastructure

4. 70-270: Installing, Configuring, and Administering Windows XP Professional

which are shared between MCSE and MCSA certificates, can I take both certificates, or I must get the exams second time to get the second certificates?

Once you take the exam you are certified. You may use that same exam for neither or both of the MCSE and/or MCSA certificates. You don't have to take it twice.
