MEGA-FIT before VERY IMPORTANT DANCE SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Anyone have any daily suggestions in terms of exercise, diet, etc.? I am a healthy individual but I need to brush up on my dance skills with my instructor before the huge play that I am in. It will be a modern dance piece. But in order to make this 2 month training MOST EFFECTIVE i know that I need to work out DAILY, tone up, change diet, and increase flexibility DRASTICALLY for this piece. Thanks and much love!

  1. Eat less unheathy foods. Eat more Vegis and fruit.

    Jog,yoga any exsersize


  2. stretch legs -hamstrings ,calves, quads

    stretch arms

    do a cardio workout. i suggest dancing around to a song that really gets you going.   warm up

    do some abs works outs- crunches. try leaning off a bed for a challenge

    do some squats and lunges

    just get yourself moving!! take a class or two.
