Well it depends if you want the baby or not, if you want it then tell her if she cares if this baby comes out defored to stop doin drugs and start being ******* responsible and taking care of herself!, if she dont want it wo gives a **** right~!

Honestly, I would tell her that I will have her arrested because that can really mess up your kid and you can do drugs in jail. Some people might say give her an ultimatum: you or the drugs. But addicts will choose drugs and especially doing it while she's pregnant, that's crazy.

go to a psychiatrist and request that she be institutionalized for the safety and well being of your future child.  You could also call the cops and make it clear that she is doing this and you would like them to catch her and incarcerate her for the same reasons.

I think if you truly care about your child, you will tell her either she quits or you turn her in.  And then you have to MEAN it.  Your baby can't defend themselves from a stupid mother.  You have to.

There's not much you can do.

If she smokes pot and she refuses to stop, she might be one of these pot nuts who thinks marijuana is a perfect, holy drug that is safe at all times and under all circumstances, and that anyone who wants her to stop is an evil Republican fascist who believes anti-drug propaganda. (The fact is, inhaling the fumes of any burning plant is dangerous during pregnancy because tars, which exist in all plant-based smoke, cause genetic mutations. Some tar particles lodge in the lungs, but others pass through the bloodstream to the fetus.) If she's like this she simply won't listen, and might become resentful that you care more about the baby than about her.

If she's doing something harder, she's addicted, and nagging has never once in the history of the world stopped an addict. Addicts need to want to stop and they need professional help.

So you can't stop it; you can only prevent it. And the best way to prevent it is not to have s*x with women who take drugs.

As an aside, I hear of this a lot from guys who smoke pot themselves. They don't want to stop smoking themselves, of course: they just want her to stop for the bay-bee. But the woman might see this as hypocrisy - the old do as I say, not as I do. It might also come across to her that you don't really care about her as much as the child she's carrying. This is probably wrong, I'm sure, but she may see it that way if you nag.
