- again, within $100-$150!!!!! I'm just a poor student trying to manage tuition here :)

- He doesn't need a game console, (warcraft more than suffices)

- Nor a cell (his is fancy and high tech enough)

- Nothing too technological actually because he already has it all and I have no idea how to shop for those things

- I've already bought him a lot of lovely clothes but he's more of a t-shirt and pjs kind of guy...

- I've already made a scrapbook, knitted a scarf (unfinished), compiled a cd, and always make cute little cards for special occasions, but I can't cook to save my life....

- and he isn't athletic, isn't an avid reader, doesn't really have any hobbies !!! That's why it's so difficult!!

- no cologne (he won't wear it), doesn't care for a fancy expensive watch

- not one of those "coupon books" because I already do most anything he can ask for haha

ANY ideas whatsoever??

  1. good s*x

  2. When ever I'm in this situation, I always find that getting tickets to go and "do" something is the best, have and experience with the guy, sounds like you don't get to go out much together, and he has everything he needs at home. He might be a bit "too" comfortable, just get him to go to the zoo, cinema, go see a concert or something, can be really fun to actually go out and have an "experience" for a birthday...

  3. can't beat good concert tickets.  if he already has everything, he'll love to see one of his favorite bands play.

matter of fact, i think hannah montana is in town this month.

  4. if ur musical, sing or play a special song, my bf did that for me and it was the BEST. if he has a certain band or team that he likes, get tickets and make a night of it!

  5. write him an honest heart felt letter?

instead of buying some junk the media makes you think he would like to profit on you, that will be tossed away into a dark corner and forgotten.

  6. If the two of you are sexually active, hope that passes guidelines, I would suggest ordering his favorite meal in, wearing something semi revealing, and then through the night make it more revealing then when he leasts expects it work out topless and drop down between his legs and bj.  Then enjoy each others company and let him please you.

    Trust me he will remember.

  7. It's NOT about the money. It's about the thought.

Yes - we LOVE gizmo's and gadgets and useless accessories for our PC.

Even if we never use it, the possession of something is the important thing. (I'm 42 and have a Furby - WHY? - because I wanted one...)

However, the things that I REALLY treasure, are the things that had thought. My missus, remembered a conversation we had many moons ago about a book I loved. She got that for me at Xmas. It cost her around £7 ($14), but meant more to me that most of the other gifts.

What did HE have as a kid that he kinda misses now? Or what did he always want, but never got.

Remember also, that a birthday, xmas etc is just ONE dy. you're better off looking to the future or buying things jointly for 'the house'

Sounds boring, but right now I'd have a water filter for the kitchen over a meal out any day.

  8. I always liked getting something for my car, or something i could use on my car, but that's me.

  9. cinema tickets

    dinner and bowling or something

basicaly something practical, posible that he can choose to do with you or with his mates

  10. computer program? maybe Fun little adobe programs so he can do editing..

If not that, maybe some games, such as Call of Duty 4.

If he doesn't have a music player, try an Ipod.

Or if you can find out any books he needs for college, there is an idea too

    ;]

    hope this helps
