MEN..if you could have more than 1 wife..would you??

I saw a question about other cultures being allowed to have more than one wife..and it made me think. Would most men have more than one if it were legal???

That would totally devalue the relationship.  

If you're gonna let multiple people marry each other...........why not let the whole world marry each other?   we'll all be one big world wide marriage!  all 6 billion of us. lol.

One headache for a man is bad enough as it is. There are a few of us men who are lucky enough like myself, who's wife doesn't give them a headache and isn't a pain in the rear. I 'am a one woman type of guy. It's gross to think about having 2 or more wives. I can't see how the women would even go for something like this, religion or not. There's only one religion for me to believe in and that's the Holy Bible. Any religion that says they can have 2 or more wives, is a cult of somekind. Even when I was younger, I couldn't bring myself to date and or sleep with countless women at one time. If I did, It surely would have caused me a lot of emoitional pain and turmoil from the women. You've seen how many people who write in asking for help how to solve their relationship with their spouse. Can you only think how many people would be writing in asking for help with their 12 - 15 wives and what he should do about it !!!

He also brought up his personal relationship w/ Jesus, he know Jesus is about the sucess of a marriage, one marriage....

Hubby also brought up jokingly.... imagine one woman on HER WEEK, imagine two at the same time, imagine more....he thinks poligimists are freaking crazy, who would really want more than one wife..... who wants to risk disease? More women, more chances.....(more men, more chances as well)

Husband really wanted me to communicate that if he wanted other women, he would never have married.....He wants a holy relationship, one that is full of love that he can also share with God.

interesting question. initially most guys would say yes but if you think about it. more than one woman would be great when everything is going well but when the bitching started you would be getting it from all of your wives at once. kinda masochistic . i think i'll stick with just one.
