Question:

MEPS Do i have to go again?

A few months ago I was going to join the Air Force I had my physical and everything but didn't join. Will I have to go again to join the Marines.

  1. Yes and No.  The Marines can do a SPF (service processing for) change.  Your physical will still be good, but you will have to do an "inspect" which will be a height and weight check.  After you clear medical, you will go to the liaison office, and complete your security questionnaire, and pick your job/boot camp date, sign your contract, and raise your right hand.  Plan on staying at the hotel again the night before.  


  2. Probably.  I originally went to MEPS for the Army and then another time while they tried to work my waivers.  They couldn't, so they handed my package over to the Corps and I went to MEPS again.  Three times in a year.
